The Journal of Data Analytics and Intelligent Decision-Making (JDAID) provides a respected global forum for disseminating peer-reviewed, high-quality research on the intersection of data analytics, intelligent systems and decision science.
In our rapidly evolving, data-rich society, the ability to make effective decisions is increasingly reliant upon the intelligent application of data, advanced analytics, and the use of computational models that can accommodate uncertainty and complexity.
JDAID strives to further research in the areas of data analytics, machine learning, artificial intelligence, and intelligent decision support systems as evidenced-based decision-making are enhanced, thus improving impact and overalleffectiveness of organizational decision making.
The articles in this volume illustrate a range of current trends in research related to data-driven decision making, predictive and prescriptive analytics, intelligent modeling and the provision/usage of decision support frameworks based on analytics. Collectively, these articles demonstrate how using analytics and intelligence in the decision making process can lead to improved organizational decision quality, operational effectiveness and strategic insight, regardless of application domain.
JDAID publishes quarterly and in English, and adheres to rigorous peer-review and ethical publishing standards, while also fostering collaboration that transcends international boundaries and across multiple disciplines. Researchers, scholars and post-graduate students are encouraged to submit original manuscripts of the highest quality, which are aligned with the scope and purpose of JDAID.
